1. Acceptance of Terms

By using UniversalForge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

UniversalForge is an app transpilation platform that converts application code between platforms. We provide automated code conversion, but we do not guarantee that converted code will be error-free or meet specific compliance requirements without review.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UniversalForge for any illegal purpose, to upload malware or malicious code, to infringe on others' intellectual property, or to attempt to circumvent our security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded source code and converted outputs. UniversalForge claims no ownership over your applications. The platform itself, including its UI, API, and underlying technology, is the property of Authonex.

6. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed in advance. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refunds for credit packs are processed on a pro-rata basis for unused credits. Enterprise plans are subject to custom agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

UniversalForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of converted code, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
